James Donaldson Parker Jr. was born on June 23, 1937, in Montclair, New Jersey.
Education and Medical Career
James pursued his education at Cornell University and later at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he received his medical degree.
He went on to a distinguished career as a physician, specializing in internal medicine and nuclear medicine. In 1972, he moved to Maryland, where he continued his medical practice for many years.
He retired in 1993 and has made his home in Annapolis, Maryland.
